We stand behind the quality of our service. Here is exactly what you can expect if something goes wrong with your order.

If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the creative output and we are unable to revise it to your satisfaction within the included revision rounds, we may offer a partial refund (typically 25–50% of the order value) as a goodwill gesture. This is assessed case-by-case.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email clarifypathsupport@gmail.com with subject line: "Refund Request — Order #<your order id>".
  2. Include: your order ID, payment date, payment gateway transaction ID, reason for refund, and any supporting screenshots.
  3. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and respond with a decision within 3 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval. Funds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days (subject to your bank / card issuer).

6. Cashfree / Payment Gateway Fees

Payment gateway processing fees (typically 1.75–2% + GST) are non-refundable by the gateway. In case of full refunds approved by us, we absorb this cost so you receive 100% of what you paid.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we will almost always resolve the issue faster. Unilateral chargebacks without prior communication may lead to account suspension and legal action for service fraud.
