Refund & Cancellation Policy
We stand behind the quality of our service. Here is exactly what you can expect if something goes wrong with your order.

Quick summary: Full refund if we fail to deliver. No refund once a site is successfully generated and delivered (since it's a digital, per-order service). Partial refunds at our discretion for genuine dissatisfaction.
1. Cancellation Before Generation
- You may cancel your order any time before the AI generation has completed — email clarifypathsupport@gmail.com with your order ID.
- A 100% refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Full Refund — When You're Entitled
You are entitled to a full refund if any of the following happens:
- We fail to generate and deliver your website within 5 minutes of successful payment (rare — our pipeline averages 60 seconds).
- The delivered website has a critical technical defect that we are unable to resolve within 48 hours of you reporting it.
- Payment was captured but our system records no matching order (duplicate charge, technical failure).
- You were charged but never received access to any deliverable.
3. Partial Refund — At Our Discretion
If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the creative output and we are unable to revise it to your satisfaction within the included revision rounds, we may offer a partial refund (typically 25–50% of the order value) as a goodwill gesture. This is assessed case-by-case.
4. No Refund — When Requests Will Be Declined
- Once the website is successfully generated, hosted, and the link is delivered to you via WhatsApp/email — the service is considered rendered.
- Change of mind / no-longer-needed after successful delivery.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
- Orders where you provided incorrect, misleading, or incomplete brief details.
- Claims of technical issues that cannot be reproduced by our team and where you refuse reasonable troubleshooting assistance.
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions (abusive content, fraudulent payment, chargeback fraud).
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email clarifypathsupport@gmail.com with subject line: "Refund Request — Order #<your order id>".
- Include: your order ID, payment date, payment gateway transaction ID, reason for refund, and any supporting screenshots.
- We will acknowledge within 24 hours and respond with a decision within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval. Funds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days (subject to your bank / card issuer).
6. Cashfree / Payment Gateway Fees
Payment gateway processing fees (typically 1.75–2% + GST) are non-refundable by the gateway. In case of full refunds approved by us, we absorb this cost so you receive 100% of what you paid.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we will almost always resolve the issue faster. Unilateral chargebacks without prior communication may lead to account suspension and legal action for service fraud.
