Please read these Terms carefully before using Vrinda Hit Website ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Vrinda Hit Website is a proprietary business operated by Divyanshu Sharma based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. We provide AI-assisted single-page website design, generation, and hosting services to creators, coaches, spiritual pages, dietitians, and small businesses.

2. Services Offered

We offer two tiered website packages: Basic (₹299) and Premium (₹999). Each plan includes an AI-generated single-page website hosted on our subdomain with lifetime free hosting. A full list of inclusions is available at /pricing.html.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is collected upfront through Cashfree Payments (and/or other payment gateways we enable). Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (for example: fraudulent payment, abusive content briefs, legal violations). Any amount already charged in such cases will be refunded in full within 7 business days.

5. Delivery

• Basic and Premium plan sites are generated and made live within 60 seconds of successful payment via our AI pipeline.
• Delivery is made via a shareable link at vrindahitwebsite.com/s/<your-slug>, and a confirmation is sent over WhatsApp and/or email.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the idea brief, brand name, and any content details you submit. You warrant that such content does not infringe any third-party rights, is not defamatory, obscene, misleading, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these standards or Indian law.

7. Intellectual Property

• On successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the generated website for your own lawful business/personal purposes.
• The underlying technology, templates, design system, and AI pipeline remain the intellectual property of Vrinda Hit Website.
• The "Built with Vrinda Hit Website" credit in the footer may only be removed on the Premium plan.

8. Revisions & Support

Each plan includes a reasonable number of minor revisions (colour, copy, images) on request within 7 days of delivery. Substantial redesigns beyond this scope may incur additional charges, quoted in advance.

9. Hosting & Availability

We aim for 99% uptime on the vrindahitwebsite.com subdomain. We are not liable for downtime caused by our hosting providers, third-party outages, DNS issues, or force majeure events.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for any breach of these Terms or for abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund is owed.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
